To select the right teachers to teach our students in different classes is one of our top priorities and commitments so that the selection criteria are strictly followed and implemented accordingly. Equally important, teacher professional development is strongly encouraged and strictly assessed in every term and course, and ongoing teacher training and peer teaching are consistently conducted to reskill and upskill our lecturers.
